EVERY, SINGLE, PROGRAM, except for fucking PHOTOSHOP of all things, the cursor constantly feels like its got super stabilization on, when it DOESNT
does ANYBODY know how to fucking fix this, ive tried every fucking “fix” under the fucking sun and none of them are working, ms5 sai and OC have NEVER acted like this before, and out of nowhere im just having shitloads of issues
ive tried sai, krita, ms5, OC, and they all get the same stabilization-esque cursor lag and im so fucking tired of it
please help
