It’s evening time.
When was the last time you showered? Maybe you should go do that, so you are nice and comfy and clean when you go to bed.
How about food? Did you remember to eat tonight? Get a little food in you.
Brush your teeth.
If you have long hair, brush it before bed. Just close your eyes and slowly brush it, don’t rush. The tangles will come out less painfully if you take your time.
