Sometimes the world felt too expansive.
If one wished to truly hide, there was little stopping them. If one wished to fade away, similarly, they simply had to make sure not to leave a trace. A lead came in many forms, not just physical. Not just substantial things like footprints or landmarks or scents that a hound could track.
