Mmmm… quaffing some Aglianico to warm up in front of a fire makes me smile. Dark plums, blackberries, and black cherries on the nose with pie crust, old firewood, and star anise. More fruit – plums, blackberries, black cherries – and fruit leather on the palate and less of the secondary notes. Quite simple and pleasant!
