I’ve never been personally sexually harassed on the internet (thank goodness) but the number of anonymous messages I get about the contents of my RP character’s pants, even after making posts asking for it to stop, is honestly getting to the point of being super uncomfortable.
These are just ones I haven’t responded to or deleted (I’ve deleted a lot) from the past ~2 months.
I’ve seen artists quit posting because of this. Some people put a large focus on their character’s body and sexuality and while I will occasionally explore those a little bit I think it’s pretty evident that’s not what I made him for.
stop compulsively adding ‘and yall ignore it’ to the end of very recent news posts
like.. why
if something happened in the past couple days in an area of the world that we don’t commonly receive news of wherever we happen to be, what’s more likely? that we all banded up and agreed to ignore these events out of spite, or that this is the first we’re hearing of it? what kinda guilt tripping are you trying tbh like what do you get out of that except some weird sense of superiority in the nonexistent social-awareness olympics
