When Tev does the do, there is usually a lot of broken skin and a decent amount of blood (he is a blood DK, after all.) While he does maintain pretty good hygiene for someone who’s dead, it would probably not be a bad idea to see a healer after you’re done.
Feiyn and Van probably spend a lot of time together because of this.
