Just one, and it doesn’t really have to do with her at all: Every DK in Icecrown knew Arthas had gotten replaced at the end of the assault on ICC and the all swore to keep that secret. Tevruden doesn’t know who replaced him, just that he could feel it happened.
Feiyn hasn’t asked that question and Tev conveniently does not bring it up.
