I figure they can. For a while, particularly after he started sleeping, Tev would end up dreaming of all the dudes he murdered while he was still with the scourge. That sort of thing would probably be agonizing to any death knight that is normally horrified by what they did with the scourge, but Tevruden isn’t particularly regretful.
If death Knights can sleep, can they dream? Headcanon on what they would dream of?

does Tev need sleep?
No. In fact he hasn’t actually slept since before he died. While death knights do have the ability to sleep though they don’t need it and it was actively discouraged in the Scourge. The idea of him sleeping hasn’t actually crossed his mind.
Eventually, tho, I just imagine him drifting off to sleep as he’s drunkenly laying on Feiyn’s bed and she’s laying on top of him, rubbing his ears.

You will make a whole lot of crap in your time. Some will be truly awful and some will be merely mediocre. And that is totally normal and totally fine and for the love of little green apples, just keep going, because that’s the only way I know to get to the good stuff eventually.
(I normally feel horribly egotistical mentioning my awards, but I think this counts as using that power for good.)

Oh, wow! That sounds fantastic, actually. Wish my drawing class had that. (In ceramics, we could just ritually smash the piece, which was cathartic like whoa.)
