guys please— ask your local shelter about the adult cats. kittens are adorable but they are SO easy to get adopted. adult cats are.. not.

i know lots of people want kittens because they’re not scared or shy usually, but— i guarantee you, even the shyest shelter cat will be overjoyed to have the run of your house, and almost all of them will be on better behavior when theyre not in a 3×3 kennel and they have someone who is loving and kind to them. don’t overlook the adult cats!

same goes for disabled cats!! please don’t overlook them either, they are SO hard to get adopted. if you can give that extra care a cat may need, please please do so!

all of these “odd” and “not adoptable” cats just want someone to give them food and affection and a place to live, and they will love you forever.
