i acutely remember reading this one fic where harry goes against dumbledore’s oppressive wishes and preforms a dark magic ritual that turns him into this lovingly described six foot twenty ultra powerful bastion-of-masculinity demon thing who proceeded to run about hogsmeade or wherever the fuck amassing unreasonable amounts of power and money and Having Sex With Every Woman and like half of the comments on this thing were like “um……. the description of harry in this fic sounds a lot like illidan stormrage… was that intentional” and the author of the fic ended up getting really mad about it in the a/n s for one chapter and that was one of the weirdest yet probably most appropriate ways i’ve ever seen two of my interests collide because on one hand what the fuck but on the other hand, if you asked illidan stormrage himself to write a harry potter fanfictions that would probably be the result

k so xiunplane and I were doing heroics last night (for cms) and the other dps kept leaving because we were going so fast and we were doing millions of damage over them

nerd rage is so sustaining

I started yelling with glee when we were still too slow for that one resto druid.

Like no man, half the instance just wasn’t ENOUGH for him.

#but then you get that one guy who wants you to only tank 2 mobs at a time #lel no I want vengance

Sadly 5.4’s changes on vengeance, the  DR on that makes it less fun since tanking 11 mobs means you’re getting roughly the equivalent amount of vengeance as 3 mobs in 5.3.

what EVER tev – I still love kicking 50 things in the face at once while doing a billion dps.

shhh it just means I have to pull ALL of the trash after Nazgrim to do a million DPS
