Oh, hi! Uhm, well… I suppose the mileage varies, but I am very fortunate that Bark RPs Tev in a way that actually makes sense. I’m running under the assumption that it was a 3rd gen death knight that was freed at Lights Hope and thus these death knights are (maybe not so recently but still) recently freed from the oppressive grasp of the Lich King and I imagine their grasp to really recognize things outside of anger and rage is still sort of wobbly. I like to think that Bark and I RP something that’s actually kind of realistic? Tevruden isn’t going to go around giving Feiyn hugs and kisses because she’s his little orcmuffin or something— he’s only incited by bloodlust/violence/a challenge and even in the calmer times, it is very hard for him to feel anything really affectionate for her.
REGARDLESS. The point I’m trying to make is that try not to judge people just based off of us! We’re certainly not perfect I imagine, we just like to have fun and try to adhere to the obvious lore constraints that Tev is not going to be all lovey-dovey with Feiyn. He is going to see her first and foremost as his long-range combat support.
Granted, her influence is slowly changing him, but it would be a long, long time before he probably will come anywhere close to approachable in that sort of sense.
I think I should mention that Tev was w/ the scourge for the better part of a decade, so he’s really drank the scourge kool-aid. I figure Death Knights who have been with the scourge for a shorter amount of time may be more emotional.
