This is great for alts and everything, but it really screws over those of us that worked very hard to get those 6000 valor points.
At least make it so that you have to do the 6000 valor on one character to ‘unlock’ only having to do 3000 for alts.

It’s a 5.3 change, and it makes sense because (I’m guessing) the reward you get for these won’t actually be usable in the Tier 16 gear (right now it says you can only use Eye of the Black Prince in Sha-touched and Thunder King gear) so what’s the point of spending 6 weeks getting a legendary item that you can’t even use in current gear?
